Can I purchase these products online?
Absolutely! Just browse through our products and hit 'Add to Cart' any time you see something you would like. You can always remove items from your shopping cart before you purchase, or modify the quantity. Transactions are processed through PayPal, a very safe and simple trusted third party. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
What kind of credit cards do you accept?
PayPal, our payment processor, accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you have a PayPal account you can also use that, but it is in no way necessary to have a PayPal account.
How safe is it to order online?
Our trusted third party is responsible for billions of dollars of online transactions in North America, so you can bet they know what they are doing! Your credit card information is discarded as soon as the payment is complete, so you do not have to worry about identity theft or anything like that.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Orders are shipping every Monday and Wednesday (with the exception of statutory holidays). For same day shipping you must place your order before 11am (MTN). All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Canadian customers are shipped Expedited. Expedited Parcel delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centers. US customer’s Expedited Parcels . have a delivery expectation of 6 to 12 business days between major centers in Canada and major centers in the U.S.A. (Some exceptions apply)
Are shipping costs refundable?
We do not refund any shipping costs. If we make a mistake with your order or if there is a flaw of any type, we will pay any shipping to correct the mistake.
What is your return policy on aromatherapy products?
• Unopened items in NEW condition can be returned within 15 days for a refund. • To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns on aromatherapy products after 15 days. *Aromatherapy products include eye pillows and neck wraps
Can I exchange my aromatherapy products for something else?
• We except exchanges on all unopened aromatherapy products in new condition within 15 days of purchase. When you send us an exchange please include your name, shipping address, $10.00 for return shipping, information for your original purchase and the product you wish to exchange it for. • To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days. *Aromatherapy products include eye pillows and neck wraps
What is your return policy on slings?
• Unused and unwashed slings can be returned with in 30 days of purchase. Please remember it takes time and practice for you to become comfortable wearing your sling and for your baby to get use to being worn in the sling. If you have any problems please contact us (403) 589-7673 or email info@naturalcreation.ca • If any returned slings that are dirty, washed or incomplete there may be a restocking fee of 25% or refusal of the refund. • Returns received after 30 days and before 90 days will receive a store credit only. We will not accept any returns after 90 days.
Can I exchange my Natural Ring Sling for something else?
• We except exchanges on all slings in new condition within 90 days of purchase. When you send us an exchange please include your name, shipping address, $10.00 for return shipping, information for your original purchase and the product you wish to exchange it for.
