Materials
Marshmallow root, calendula leaves, chamomile flowers.
Directions
Boil a large pot of water (2L), add the muslin bag and allow it to steep anywhere from 10 min to 1 hr. Once the water has been thoroughly infused and cooled, the Nipple Soothers Tea Bag can be cooled in the fridge and then place directly on the nipples to soothe and heal. The tea from the Nipple Soothers can be used to make a number of compresses to help soothe dry, cracked nipples.
